A weekly wellbeing session for those who feel lonely, isolated and would like to meet others and do some social activities.
No need to book – just pop in Thursdays between 1 and 3pm
Ad hoc activities with seated exercise and seated dance, bingo, crafts and quizzes. Free chat – free cake – other refreshments available in cafe/bar – all accessible on ground floor with disabled toilets.
