Connecting Communities Through Sport

The 2nd Annual Sports & Fun Day takes place on Saturday 24th August, in Cator Park North.

From 1pm – 5pm there will be a range of activities for the whole family including football and basketball in the multi-use games area (MUGA); boxing and circuits on the grass along with a bouncy castle, face-painting, a smoothie bike and wellness stands accompanied by a DJ who will play music throughout the day.

The Mayor of Royal Borough of Greenwich along with the Lady Mayoress will cut the ribbon to officially relaunch the MUGA, which underwent refurbishment earlier in the year, and welcome new management company KDM Projects who are developing partnerships with providers to deliver an exciting timetable of activities for the community to take part in.

The day will end with a game of Kho Kho – traditionally from India – which is similar to the popular playground game ‘Tag’ facilitated by Kho Kho Federation England

All are welcome at the Kidbrooke Village Sports & Fun Day, whether participating or spectating!
