It has been 14 years since work started at Kidbrooke Village and following approval of the original masterplan in 2009 Berkeley have delivered:

• More than 2,500 homes
• Over 1,000 affordable homes
• Enhanced parkland
• New facilities and infrastructure for the community.

In 2024 there will be.

• New commercial offerings in the Village Square
• More play space for a range of ages
• Met Police facility to open near Pegler Square.
• Enhancements to the surrounding roads and bus stops
